Dual MICrODEC Eurorack

If I were looking to put both my boards behind a Euro panel, would one 7809 be sufficient or would you recommend one per board?

one 7809 would be fine. you could also try running it off the 12V rail, and see how hot the voltage regulators get. the heat is the only limiting factor.
