MICrODEC goal thread

Thought I'd open this up for wider discussion, but these are two of my thoughts, kind of in chronological order

MICrODEC goals:
- to provide people who want to get their hands dirty with embedded sound processing an inexpensive and flexible platform

- to create a system with an active community that can be accessible to people from a wide range of experience levels

If anybody feels things should be added or taken away from this list, it would be a good discussion to have to focus forum aims and site design.
